Whether you’d like a different colour combination, personalised wording or engraving, or you have an idea for a completely different design, you’re welcome to get in touch and tell me what you have in mind.
Because every LotsaLoops piece is handmade, I’ll first chat with you about your idea and let you know what’s possible before you commit to an order.
What can be customised?
Depending on the type of product and your idea, customisation may include:
- Colours or colour combinations
- Names, initials or wording
- Laser engraving
- Punch needle designs
- Leather designs
- Small changes to an existing LotsaLoops design
- Something completely different that you’d like me to explore
Not every idea will necessarily be possible, but you’re always welcome to ask. 😊
How does a custom order work?
Send me your idea along with as much information as you can. Reference pictures, sketches or even a very questionable doodle are completely welcome. 😂
We’ll discuss what you’d like, the materials and design options available, the expected price and an estimated timeframe.
Once we’ve agreed on the details and you’re happy to go ahead, I’ll let you know how to proceed with your order.
How much will my custom order cost?
Custom order pricing depends on the design, materials, size, complexity and amount of work involved.
You’ll be given a price before you commit to the order, so there won’t be any surprise costs.
How long do custom orders take?
Because custom and personalised products are made especially for you, they will take longer than the ready-made products available in the LotsaLoops shop.
An estimated timeframe will be discussed with you before your order is confirmed.

For personalised products, please make sure that names, dates, wording, spelling, colours and any other information you provide are correct.
Once work has begun, changes may not always be possible.
